The 7th annual meeting ASIA 2019 was held in Seoul, Korea at 7th and 8th of November. This is the second time to hold ASIA annual meeting in Korea. ASIA 2019 was supported by the Korean Hip Society and Korean Keen Society. Nearly 500 doctors and researchers attended the meeting, who are from China, Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, India, United States, Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand, Pakistan, Canada and Australia.
Over 470 abstracts were received, 141 selected for oral presentations and 176 for E-posters. During the meeting, 21 free paper sessions and 9 symposia were arranged. It is not only the highest academic sharing in the field of arthroplasty, but also an important window for cultural exchanges between doctors and researchers in the Asia-pacific region.
